Description: This is a food set for grain-collecting species such as the genus Pogonomyrmex and contains proteins, carbohydrates and grains/seeds for all worker boxes. Since the individual food rations are in separate tubes, they are easy to dose.

Use / Application:
Protein food = for insectivorous ant species (Eulipotyphla).
It is a supplementary feed (mixed feed)
It should be mixed with a drop of water and then in wet condition it can be kept only 1 day. Clean feeding bowl/tube thoroughly before reuse.
An opened package should be used well closed (if stored dry) until the indicated (best before date).

Protein feed FD = for insectivorous ant species (Eulipotyphla)
It is a supplementary feed (compound feed).
It should be mixed with a drop of water and then it can be kept only 1 day when wet. Clean feeding bowl/tube thoroughly before reuse.
An opened package should be used well closed (if stored dry) until the indicated (best before date).

Carbohydrate food = for sugar/honey-eating ant species
It is a supplementary feed (compound feed)
It can be mixed with a drop of water and then has a shelf life of 3 days when wet. Thoroughly clean the feeding bowl/tube before reuse.
An opened package is to be used well closed (if stored dry) until the indicated (best before date).

Fruit food = for fruit-eating ant species (frugivores)
It is a supplementary feed (single feed)
It can be mixed with a drop of water and has a shelf life of 3 days when wet. Thoroughly clean the feeding bowl/tube before reuse.

Flower pollen = for flower pollen eating ant species.
It is a supplementary feed (single feed)
It can be offered to the animals in the delivered condition. Since humidity softens the consistency, the food should be replaced every 5 days. Thoroughly clean the feeding bowl/tube before reuse.

It can be offered to the animals in the delivered condition. The feeding bowl/tube should be placed in a dry place. In humid condition, the grains (seeds) may start to germinate. If this is noticed, the feed should be replaced.
