Please note that the tasks listed will be completed by the Settlement Administrator in batches, i.e., not at the same time. Many of the actual deadlines will end up being specific to your individual correspondence, and will depend on the date(s) of our correspondence(s). As a result, the dates listed in this table are the best estimate we can provide to you in order to communicate when potential Class Members should expect correspondence from the Settlement Administrator based on the Category on their submitted Claim Form.
Please also note that if you applied for the Category 5 special enhancement fund, you must have also applied for either Category 2, Category 3, or Category 4. Your Category 2/3/4 Claim correspondence will follow the “Category 2-4” timeline below. You will also be receiving Category 5 Claim correspondence that will follow the “Category 5” timeline below. Once your Category 5 Claim amount is finalized, your Category 2/3/4 final Claim amount will be added to your Category 5 final Claim amount, so that you will be receiving one payment amount the includes both injury Categories.
